It's all been confirmed by Warner Bros. The photo, though grainy, is really the Joker. I had read about this for while and initially didnt like the idea. Now, i love it. It keeps with the dark theme and helps establish Joker as more insane & scary psycho than prankster.
The Harvey Dent is registered to Warner Bros. The other site was regsitered anonymously but it is Warner Bros too. It's supposed to be viral and sinister.
