Has anyone heard anything new about Wake basketball or Skip Prosser?
If Calipari joins NC State, Wake will have gone from second best in the ACC to fourth in the last of the Big Four in just two years. Amazing. Unless Skip is replaced, we may soon be reliving the pre-Odom days over again (yearly 7th-9th place finishes). Please leave Skip. Please. Hire Mike Montgomery, he'll be available soon.

Unfortunately for Wake fans, Skip's buyout is prohibitively high. Plus, really, its just one bad year so the administration isn't going to make a change. Looks like it will be a wait and see year (although the Charlotte Observer has already picked them preseason #12). And FINALLY wake has to play in the dean dome this year.
My questions: Is Skippy on the hot seat? If Wake doesn't finish .500 in the league, do they make a change? Is the Wake job even as attractive as the NC State job? Witness State offering $2 mil.+ and still getting denied. Who could Wake realistically get?
