'99 Duke

The Blue Devils of 1998-99 are the only college team to have 4 lottery picks drafted in the same year. Brand, Avery, Maggette, and Langdon (yup...Langdon) were all selected in the lottery. The 1995-96 Tar Heels actually had 5 NBA players (obviously not all lottery): Jamison, Carter, Sh. Williams, Jeff McInnis, and everyone's favorite, Serge Zwikker (drafted by the Rockets with a second round pick). Nobody tops 1995-96 Kentucky though; they had a tremendous class: Antoine Walker, Tony Delk, Marc Pope, and Walter McCarty were all drafted in the '96 draft (anybody know which one's were lottery?); later, Jeff Sheppard and Ron Mercer...i think Padgett was on that team too. Regardless, that is 6 or 7 guys on one squad that were NBA caliber. That's just sick.

Actually of the 96 Kentucky class, only Antoine "Employee #8" Walker was a lottery pick. Delk went #16 to Charlotte and McCarty went 19th. Pope was a second rounder.

BTW, if anyone had bet me that Todd Fuller was selected ahead of Kobe, Peja Stojakovic, Steve Nash and Jermaine O'Neal in 1996, you would have taken my money.
